  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them in.
  • All original tags must still be attached to the item.
  • For hygiene reasons, certain products such as swimwear (with seal removed), pierced jewelry, and grooming items cannot be returned.
  • Shoes must be tried on indoors only.
  • Accessories may not be eligible for return depending on the product type.
  • Please make sure items are returned separately if you are returning more than one order, as combining multiple orders in the same parcel may delay processing.
